Feeling Drained Despite Success?
You’re smart, capable, dependable, driven, and always the one others rely on?
You give your all at work, at home, in every role you take on?
You’ve built a strong career, maybe even in an international or high-impact environment?
But lately, something’s off. The success is there, yet the joy is… quieter than it should be.
Somewhere along the way, you’ve lost touch with the part of you that feels… well, like you.
At Golden Green Coaching, I help high-performing professionals reconnect with their energy, peace and purpose without having to walk away from their ambition, income and the careers they’ve worked so hard to build.
My mission is to create space for clarity, balance, and joy in lives that have been overtaken by responsibility and achievement.
This is a space for recalibration. A place to pause, breathe, and rediscover what balance and fulfillment look like for you.
We’ll work together with warmth, calm, and a touch of light humour, because personal growth doesn’t have to feel heavy.
You don’t need to escape your life to enjoy it. You just need support that sees the whole of you. Does it speak to you?

About Me
Hi, I'm Angela, founder of Golden Green Coaching.
I'm a certified life coach in Geneva, Switzerland.

If you’re here, you’re probably not looking for surface-level fixes. You want clarity, calm, and a path forward that feels good on the inside, not just impressive on paper. I’ve been there too.
As a former overachiever with burnout battle scars, I’ve learned how to rebuild a fulfilling life that honors ambition and inner peace. Now, I help high-performing professionals stop running on autopilot, reconnect with themselves, and lead from a place of calm, clarity, and purpose.

What is coaching?
Coaching is a focused, forward-moving conversation with a twist.
It’s not about giving advice or digging into your past (that’s therapy’s lane, and bless it for existing).
It’s about helping you get clear, get moving, and feel more human.
There is always a solution waiting
for you!
Integrative Solution-Focused Approach
This isn’t coaching that drags on forever. It’s clear, concise, and designed to get you moving fast. With just a few sessions, many of my clients already feel a shift: more clarity, more momentum, and a stronger sense of “I’ve got this.”
Here’s the core idea:
You already hold the ingredients for change. You might just need the right space (and a strategic nudge) to connect the dots.
This approach helps you:
-
Define what you actually want—not what you think you “should” want
-
Spot what’s already working (there’s more than you think)
-
Tap into your own solutions
-
Get the support to follow through and sustain your progress
I like to say: your problems often carry the seeds of your solutions. When something feels off, it’s not just friction, it’s information. It’s a cue to listen in, get curious, and take aligned action.
You’re not broken. You’re just ready for a better fit between your values and your reality.
Or as the entrepreneur, motivational speaker, and author Jim Rohn put it:
"If you don't design your own life plan, chances are you'll fall into someone else's plan. And guess what they have planned for you? Not much."

Work. Progress. Purpose.
Is your success still feeling like success?
Work takes up a big part of our lives, and for many high achievers, it’s where we’ve poured our time, talent, and energy for years. But at some point, even when things look good on the outside, you might start wondering:
Am I building something that feels meaningful—or just checking boxes on an endless list?
Whether you're leading teams, managing complex projects, or constantly solving other people’s problems, the truth is: you're a creator. Your work is your craft. But even creators burn out when progress starts feeling empty, or invisible.
Progress isn’t just about promotions or polished outcomes. It’s also the inner wins: clearer thinking, better boundaries, a sense of ease you didn’t have before. That counts too.
So, how do you define progress now?
-
Is it that big project finally wrapping up?
-
Is it feeling proud of how you handled a tough conversation?
-
Or maybe, it’s taking a proper lunch break without checking email. (A radical move, I know.)
Real success includes tangible milestones and quiet, internal shifts. That’s the kind of progress I help clients recognize, deepen, and sustain.
You don’t need to abandon your ambition. You just need space to reconnect with what makes it feel worthwhile.

Relationships. Feelings. Reality. Do connections energize, or drain you?
In a world of endless meetings, rushed check-ins, and inboxes that never sleep, truly connecting with another person can feel... rare. But when it happens, when you're really seen and heard, it’s powerful.
Eckhart Tolle put it beautifully: in a genuine relationship, there’s a flow of open, alert attention, without an agenda. Imagine that. A conversation without the need to fix, prove, or impress.
Real connection doesn’t ask for much, just your presence. Not your perfect words. Not your polished self. Just your real self, fully engaged in the moment.
And yet, so often we walk away from interactions feeling unseen, misunderstood, or simply… tired.
Why?
Because we’re wired to give, to solve, to keep the peace. Even when we’re running on empty.
Here’s what I’ve learned:
-
Being present with others starts by being more present with yourself.
-
No pressure. No performance. Just calm, honest connection, with boundaries, warmth, and room to breathe.
And when you build relationships from that space?
They feel lighter. Freer. And much more fulfilling.
Let’s explore what that could look like—for you.
