Welcome.
This is a space for ambitious professionals who want success and serenity.
I help you lead and live with clarity, calm, and confidence,
without losing yourself along the way.
Slow Down. Achieve More.

Feeling drained, despite your success?

You’re smart, capable, dependable.
You’re the one others rely on.
You give your all at work, at home, in every role you carry.
You’ve built a strong career, often in high-impact or international environments.
And yet… lately, something feels off.

The success is there, but the joy is quieter than it should be.
Somewhere along the way, you’ve lost touch with the part of you that feels like you.

At Golden Green Coaching, I work with high-performing professionals who want to reconnect with their energy, clarity, and sense of purpose, without walking away from their ambition, income, or the careers they’ve worked so hard to build.

My work creates space for calm, balance, and joy in lives that have slowly been overtaken by responsibility and achievement.

This is a space for recalibration.
A place to pause, breathe, and rediscover what balance and fulfillment look like for you.

We work together with warmth, calm, and a touch of light humour, because growth doesn’t need to feel heavy to be meaningful.

You don’t need to escape your life to enjoy it.
You just need support that sees the whole of you.

Does this speak to you?

About Me
Hi, I'm Angela, founder of Golden Green Coaching.
I'm a certified life coach in Geneva, Switzerland.

If you’re here, you’re probably not looking for surface-level fixes. You want clarity, calm, and a path forward that feels good on the inside, not just impressive on paper. I’ve been there too.

As a former overachiever with burnout battle scars, I’ve learned how to rebuild a life that honors ambition and inner peace. Now, I help high-performing professionals stop running on autopilot, reconnect with themselves, and lead from a place of calm, clarity, and purpose.

What is coaching?

Coaching is a focused, forward-moving conversation with a twist.

It isn’t about untangling your history and fixing the past. That’s where therapy shines. It’s about shaping your present.

It’s about clarity. It’s about focus. It’s about moving toward the goals that matter most to you right now.

Clarity, calm, and the next step that feels right.
Integrative Solution-Focused Approach
This isn’t coaching that drags on forever. It’s clear, concise, and designed to get you moving fast. With just a few sessions, many of my clients already feel a shift: more clarity, more momentum, and a stronger sense of “I’ve got this.”
Here’s the core idea:
You already hold the ingredients for change. You might just need the right space (and a strategic nudge) to connect the dots.

Work. Progress. Purpose.
Does your success still feel like yours?
Work takes up a large part of life.
For many capable, committed people, it’s where years of care, effort, and responsibility have gone.

And yet, even when everything looks “right” from the outside, a quieter question can appear:
"Does this still feel like mine, or am I just moving from one obligation to the next?"

Work often becomes the place where we prove our reliability, our intelligence, our strength.
Over time, it can also become the place where we stop noticing how we actually feel.

At some point, a simple question surfaces:
"Am I building something that has meaning, or am I just keeping things running?"

Relationships. Feelings. Reality. Where do you feel at ease and where do you brace?
We live in constant communication: meetings, messages, quick exchanges.
But real connection, the kind where you don’t perform or translate yourself, the kind that doesn't drain you, is easier to lose than we admit.

We talk a lot, but we don’t always connect.
So when a conversation slows down enough for you to feel understood, it leaves a mark.

When you are genuinely seen and heard, your body notices before your mind does.
And when it happens, your body remembers.

Do your connections leave you feeling more like yourself?
